Welcome to my Art Studio in the heart of the Canadian Prairies.

I am a mixed-media artist with over 12 years of experience in sculpture painting and cold porcelain art. My journey brought me from Ukraine to Russell, Manitoba, Canada, where I am rebuilding my life and my art from scratch.

I was born in Mariupol, Ukraine, the same coastal city that gave the world Arkhip Kuindzhi, a legendary master of light. Perhaps it is this shared origin that fuels my own fascination with luminosity. But while Kuindzhi captured the vibration of light on flat canvas through revolutionary color contrasts, I explore it in three dimensions — building layered, tactile landscapes where light interacts with real stone, textures, and relief.

Growing up in Mariupol, a coastal city bathed in brilliant southern sun, shaped my earliest perceptions of light and texture. The interplay of sunbeams on the water and the rugged beauty of the surrounding landscapes left a lasting impression on me. Today, when I mix natural stones into heavy gel to build my intricate 3D reliefs, I am often reaching back to those early memories—translating the warmth, the light, and the tactile nature of my hometown into every piece I create.

Gratitude Rendered in Light and Texture

Art has the power to speak across cultures. When our family wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to Chief David LeDoux—whom my husband has the privilege of working with—I turned to my art. I created a custom 3D Morning Star, a motif deeply rooted in Indigenous heritage. Presenting it to him for National Indigenous Peoples Day was a profound experience. I am deeply honored by Chief David’s warm reception and his recognition of the artwork's cultural harmony. Seeing a respected leader connect so strongly with my vision of light and texture is the highest form of social and artistic validation I could hope for.

A Note on Studio Communication As an independent artist, I personally handcraft every element of my artwork without assistants. Because my process requires deep, uninterrupted focus, I kindly request that all communications be sent via email or direct message rather than phone calls. Many of my techniques—particularly hand-sculpting the delicate cold porcelain elements—are highly time-sensitive. If I am forced to step away from the studio table to answer a call, these fast-drying materials can be irreparably ruined in a matter of minutes. By reaching out in writing, you help me protect the integrity of the art. I review all messages regularly and will give your inquiry my full, undivided attention as soon as my hands are free. For your peace of mind and privacy, all communications are processed through a fully secure, encrypted Google Form.

While I do not take phone calls (I only accept voice messages), to ensure every nuance of your vision is perfectly captured, I ensure you are deeply connected to the creation of your piece. Throughout the bespoke process, I will provide you with exclusive, high-resolution photo and video updates directly from my studio workspace. You will see your personal masterpiece come to life before it is carefully packaged and shipped to your home.

The Power of Texture & Medium

My creative process is an exploration of depth and touch. I craft my dimensional worlds using heavy texture pastes, rich acrylics, self-hardening polymer clay, and natural stone inlays. By mixing these elements, I create structured, tactile reliefs where light doesn't just sit on the surface—it dances across the physical contours of the landscape, changing throughout the day.
